Poor service, unacceptable pick-ups delays, no communication, no apology!

I used the intercape bus from Malelane to Johannesburg on Friday, the 28th of November 2025, the bus was supposed to leave my station at 10:55am and as per the ticket instruction, we should be at the pick-up 30 minutes before departure. I arrived at 10:20, little did I know I still have to wait for hours before the bus arrives, I waited from 10:20am until 13:30pm, without communication, I tried using the WhatsApp line to track the coach but no agents were available, I called and had to hold the line for long without any success, still no communication sent to us or even an apology, this cannot be normalised, it is very unacceptable, the bus should be on time, if there are delays, they should be communicated with new ETAs. I arrived at my destination very late, mind you SA is not a safe country for women and I was very tired. Very disappointed with the service in received from intercape.
