Poor service on InterCape Buses

I've been using this bus for sometime and it never picked the passengers on time. Last Thursday, I was supposed to arrive in East London and 3:25 but I arrived at 5:40. Today I'm traveling to Durban and they were supposed to pick us up at 10:20 but they picked us up at 12:30. Some of us are working tomorrow hence we booked an early bus but we won't be able to get enough toke to rest because we will arrive before 12 midnight instead of 9:00 pm . The service is very poor , they don't even care if the passengers are left behind or not while we stop for a short break .
