Poor service, lack of communication and being late

The bus was 2 hours late, and they didn't communicate to let us know they are running late I had to call their office to check where the bus was and they had me on hold for 30min saying their tracking the bus down The driver was very unprofessional and rude and just wanted to fast process everyone as if we where to blame for the bus to be late

We arrived 3hours later from the time that was stated on the ticket
