Poor Service - Intercape ( Durban Station)

I had a bad experience dealing with one of the employee of Intercape in Durban Station on the 5th January 2024. What a way of starting a new year with an appalling service from Samukelo. He was very rude, arrogant, his behavior overall waxvery bad. Intercape needs to educate their staff members how to deal with their clients in a professional manner.

Based on the service level that I received from Samukelo, Intercape has lost a client, myself and my family will never use Intercape services. I will also share my experiences with colleagues and friends. I'll never recommend Intercape to anyone.😭😭😭
