Poor service i experienced I will never booking abusiness again

The buss was later 50min and it never stopped at the pick up point and had to chase it for 50km then the driver says the lady at their head office is rude to him that’s why he never stop and I called the head office informing them I waited 15mn for them to get back to and then they said they rebook for me other buss which leaves the next day registration number ECG 725 GP
