Poor service from your people

Their drivers are careless they give the wrong people our bags while we still have tags in our position why are they issuing those tags if they don't use them .and their service is poor when it comes to claiming your belongings coz I was told I won't be compensated for what I've lost in their bus but their drivers they still have their job how can you keep someone who's treating customers bad .
