Poor service from intercape

Horrible service that I got from intercape we were I was set to depart from Durban to jhb on the 27th of December 2022 at 8 pm and the bus that came isn't an intercape bus we were told it's a tour bus over and above everything the bus doesn't even have the company branding and the main reason we paid a lot of money is most intercape busses come with bathrooms but the one we got didn't even have any or even a bus number and the only way to identify the bus we were told look at the number plate moving forward I will not be booking any intercape bus because they use pretty much other campanies buses and why pay more for the same bus that companies use your service is horrible
