Poor Service from Intercape Buses

Tonight is my first ever experience using intercape. so, I'm travelling to Durban from Johannesburg,the bus was supposed to depart at 22:00, it's now 23:00, we are still queuing waiting on the arrival of the bus,there is no commutation from staff members advising that the bus is delayed. This is POOR service and it's unacceptable.
