Poor service from Intercape bus services

I have a 8 yr old daughter stranded at park station right now intervcape!! What the hell happened to your 23h00 bus?? Its jow 00h56. Theres no one in your offices!! No one is upadting us as to what is happening! I have justee called their office now at 01h00 they telling me they have operational delays they cant confirm when they bus will get there?? How can the bus be over 2hours late with no update and no back up plan!! This is blood ridiculous!!
