POOR SERVICE FROM INTERCAPE

I have been waiting in Pretoria for a bus from Intercape for 1h30 mins. There has been no communication from the company, only lies from the officials at the Boss Money Station, who keep on telling us the bus is coming for the past hour. Seems like it is okay for Intercape to take customer monies for a poor service. It is going to be 2 hours now while we are waiting.
