Poor service

What a pathetic service I received from INTERCAPE SERVICE! I booked tickets for 4 passengers for this evening, when I got to the departure point I was told the tickets were cancelled by Computicket, I wasn't notified or anything! The only solution to resolve the matter was I must book again nd pay another R2100, nd the bus is already full! Not even mention their callcantre agent rudeness including their supervisors! All in all they don't have resolution for their problem with their 3rd party! Ur service sucks!
