Poor Service

I bought 2 tickets via Intercape app on lay by, settled my payment before due date and I was never given the reference and I went to Durban Station few days after I settled my payment to ask a way forward but I was told my name or ID number will show on the system. On the day of departure, I was going on vacation to Cape Town just for the weekend, I had to buy new 2 tickets because they couldn't find me, I nearly missed that bus. This happened on Friday the 6th of September 2019 and I was asked to email the invoices as proof of payment. Well, I did that but no one responded. On Saturday the 7th of September I went to the bank (Capitec) to ask for the bank statement and then went to Intercape Cape Town Station and they told me the refunds department will be open on Monday the 9th of September. Frankly they ruined my vacation already.

Then Monday came, went back to Intercape Cape Town Station and the lady there gave me a huge attitude and told me it was Bluemarket's issue and "I" had to email my bank statement and everything to them, gave me an email address. Surprising because I used an INTERCAPE app which didn't tell me anything about Bluemarket, and "I" had to email Bluemarket. I had to go through all the trouble of emailing and they didn't even care. I asked that colored lady why I should be the one going through all the trouble because as far as I'm concerned I used the INTERCAPE app, not the Bluemarket app, if they do have any.

I sent an email with everything to this guy named Theron and I don't know whether he is stalling or testing my patience with his replies. Today it's Friday the13th of September 2019 and he sent me an email asking for my banking details because they were not on the bank statement. I mean like seriously #RollingEyes, my bank details were all there on the bank statement. I had to send him screenshots of my bank statement and I highlighted the account number.

I blame INTERCAPE in all this, they ruined my whole weekend, I missed out on so many things to do in Cape Town. I had to change and cancel some of the plans made.
