Poor service

I have used they buses a couple of times, they are always late, time stipulated for arrival always wrong. Recently they provided a bus without aircon, charging pots not working, the bus was delayed by 2hrs, we got stuck 2 times, doors locked us inside, no recovery vehicle, no apologies offered, arrived 5 hours later than expected,
