Poor service

My son who is diabetic caught the bus from Bloemfontein on 18/6/22. When the bus got to Bethlehem Engen, he asked the driver if he could buy something to eat because his sugar level was getting low. When he came out, the bus was gone with his insulin, Glucometer, his warm clothes. Than God management at Engen contacted me, i had to send him money to buy emergency insulin to survive. He had to take insulin without knowing his level. The local clinic did not have his night , long lasting insulin, so he kept on using the short insulin Freezing , till the next bus came at midnight, the nightmare was over the next morning. The trip took almost 24 hours.

I sent them an email complaining, NO RESPONSE TILL TODATY
