Poor service

Im currently in a bus number 8103 from Bloemfontein to Cape Town, these bus drivers just don't care and i have never experienced this treatment with Intercape. I have been asking if they can at least switch off the aircon from the feet but its been runing cold all night. We now at Beaufort West the 2 driver who is suppose to know how to switch off just brushed off. This is the worst experience received from this bus I'm not happy at all
