Poor service delivery

I boarded the bus in pietermaritzburg new to travelling one would expect some sort of reassurance last week when i boarded the bus the driver came and explained things about the refreshment stops introduced himself and his 3 other drivers by name told tge passengers about wearing of masks also explained that at certain stops passengers arw not allowed to step off the bus unless they are jumping off yestersay bus 909 intercape was a nightmare the drivers never explained nething the stops were not fami**** they allowed people to drink on the bus and cause a noise which prevented others from trying to slp the drivers stood at the bottom of the bus and shouted and people were just expected to go with the flow we were suppose tobe incapetown at 10am we ended up in capetown at 11.30am to be honest the drivers couldnt care less about the passengera even aftwr getting off picking up the luggage our bags were mishandled comparing the service i gt last monday to the service that was recieved yesterday it was horid the usb ports were not workimg and the toilet facilities horid the drivers from yesterday need to take a page out of the guys that worked last monday and be more thoughttful to the passengers considering that our lives are in their hands for 22hours
