Poor Service delivery

<p>I had booked a ticket for Intercape from Joburg to Harare and was supposed to leave at 19:30 and apparently they overbooked the buses and we are now left standing in the cold...They only came to apologize to us an hour later after the departure time ..Now it's now 21:00 and we are still here with no word from the manager called Simon . Honestly is this how you treat your clients..time is money</p>
