Poor service

The intercape bus broke down, they always do and result in delays reaching the destination. The attitude of the operator is appalling because they never even apologize. The operator doesn't maintain busses properly hence a series of breakdowns. The operator doesn't care to act swiftly with a bus replacement because they know all busses are likely to breakdown.
