Poor service

My aunt was suppose to get on the bus @8:30 in the morning. Driver not checking correctly told her to wait till afternoon. Afternoon comes that bus says she's not booked there. Customer complaints takes forever to contact me. My aunt been sitting I the heat all day. Poor service indeed
