Poor service!

Disgusting service, very dirty bus with coackroaches. It had a breakdown at Kokstad (from Umtata to Joburg on 02/12/2024). Mechanic arrived and 'fixed' it after ~3 hrs. After which the bus was moving at a speed of snail. We got to the destination 5 hrs later. It is expensive for nothing! Sies!
