Poor service by intercape busses

Unprofessional drivers. Poor service. Bus with broken seats. The bus was delayed for almost an hour, no communication at all. I waited at the bus stop alone in the dark, I could have been ******, ****d or even worse. On arrival the driver didn't even explain or apologize for the delay.
