Poor Service by Intercape

The standard of the buses has severely deteriorated and their service is appalling, I am in a bus from Pretoria to East London and I wouldn’t wait to be dropped off.

Greyhound did us an injustice by closing shop and this people are taking advantage that there’s no enough competitors to treat customers like nothing.
