Poor service at intercape

If possible I would rate give it zero stars.I would like to know where is the cape town bus that was suppose to be in butterworth at 1:40 this morng, we been here since 1:00 am and still there is no sign of the bus. Intercape does not even have an office here we been sitting out side with ****s working around, this is not acceptable as you will not give the same service you are giving us if this area was the while community area.
