Poor Service at intercape

I booked a bus from Butterworth to Durban on the 09 January 2021 . The bus which was scheduled to arrive on the 10 January 2021 at time 00:40am that would arrive in Durban at 09:30 10 January 2021. The bus arrived in Butterworth and as we( my brother and I ) got onto the bus, the driver told us that he would not take any passengers in Butterworth. After an hour passed after the bus left, we decided to call intercape headquarters in Cape town to track our bus only to find out that the bus we should have got on is the one that left us. Now the coach number was 800.. the licence ICG 800 GP. We then asked a car to rush after the bus and it was 120kms ahead of us. We spent R400 of petrol on the car that rushed after the bus. When we got the bus it was at ultra city she'll garage in Umtata. The driver claimed that intercape took that tablets that told them the most recent information.Now I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed as this was terrifying. I need the money to get into school and for taxis . The operator in Cape town that I called was very nice as he contacted the driver and told him to stop.
