Poor service at intercape

My name is Thabile Mathibela I am traveling wit 1 of intercape buses,I'm not happy at all.People used to call and complain no 1 took their complain seriously.i had to take pictures and videos.Its a big company but what am seeing need to come to an end. The need to service their buses. We left Durban station at 11Oclock the knew very well that their bus are not in the good condition bt the let it travel from Durban station to johannesburg buses station.their bus was over heating, it was bad and the driver the dnt communicate with passengers.the bus was raining srsly raining with ice and we had to report it to 1 of the driver and his respond was "the is nothing he can do" how can you work every day with a property and never notice such thing. We have been quite for long time but know I feel for people. This people are the 1 support them and I believe that the should be treated with respect and make sure the enjoy their journey. I am also scared the way things are.
