POOR SERVICE AND UNORGANIZED BUS COMPANY

Am very disappointed with their service and is very poor even the drivers got the bad attitudes as if we riding for free. What happened today 17/11/2023 won't forget it to wait for the bus from 7pm till 10pm cause of the bus 724 that was supposed to take us to Durban was nowhere to be seen. Am so angry with their service and even worse I work at retail stores where most people come and ticket for this company and I will never recommend the customers to use their busses.
