Poor service and rude bus drivers

I was not happy with the trip i had on the 28th April 2022 on bus 612 from Pta to Springbok. The toilet smelled so bad and could not flush and we had to sit in that smell very unhigenic. The stops is 15 min which before was 30 min. Its been a while since i used the bus but i must say the service went from good to poor.

Then on the 1st May 2022 i returned from Springbok to Pta where the driver left us in Upington and one of the people on the bus ran to the office to call for the bus to come back. Most of us went to Kfc to buy food. They did not give time they just said everyone must get of the bus. He came back and we got onto the bus again. From there our trip was just terrible the driver was so rude our whole trip was spoiled. Again the toilet was an issue. The smell was terrible.

The thing is that intercape is the only bus that is driving that route so we dont have a choice but to make use of Intercape because Eldo coaches does not do that route anymore and people only have praises for them and that is what i heard when i spoke to some people on the bus. I the years that i travelled with the bus this was by far my worst experience.

I will definitely think twice before i use Intercape again.
