Poor Service and Poor Supervision

The 7:30am bus is delayed this morning, staff don’t bother to announce or inform passengers about the delay. Everyone is waiting outside in the cold waiting for the bus. Intercape needs to train the staff to do announcements delays or find another way how to communicate Ka delays. This is not good at all. Communication is the key. We are your treat us with respect. The next thing they announce about arrival of 07:50 bus going else where. That’s so disgusting and disrespectful
