Poor service and lack of crisis management

Terrible unprofessional service,received an sms that bus was broken down and 6 hours later they still have not resolved the breakdown.I had business commitments which may be lost because of lack of crisis management by individuals who lack crisis management ability.Also had to be in court and that's the scary part am unsure whether I would make it.
