Poor service and hygiene

Disappointed and annoyed with your service. Firstly they arrived late at 02:50 ,the initial time was to depart from bloemfontein at 02:00am the were no sit arrangements but on the tickets they issue sit numbers, the bus is duty ,because of their lazy arrangements I had to be separated from my kids and because of their late coming I missed my other bus and their stuff didn't even bored to assist. Intercape service is more than the word poor
