Poor service and heartless

In the morning of 13 May 2023 I was involved in a bus accident which took 8 lives,Intercape driver fell asleep which driving and went straight to an oncoming bus and hit it,people died we lost items, I lost my phone and spectacles many CPUT students lost their laptops,we reported all this all intercape did they took our details saying they will call their insurance for us to claim our things, my body has not recovered even now,my back is so painful I go to doctors using my own money,all to find out that Intercape can not refund us with anything according to their policy that what they are saying but still they asked us to send affidavit stating exactly what I lost in that bus...I loved that bus but after this am hurt and dont want to see anyone from my family travelling with their bus because people's lives are not their problem..
