Poor service

We took a bus from kokstad to total garage Utinahge but upon getting to Greenacres they say Greenacres utinhage and our tickets said total so we sat in the bus. They took us to PE and left us in the rain and cold. At the intercape office in PE we could not get help and we were left stranded. The bus was bus number 083. The most disrespectful drivers
