Poor Service

So on the 19th of September 2022. My 68 year old uncle and aunt were meant to be on the 14:30 bus from Mossel Bay to Cape Town and early in the morning they received an sms that the bus is running 3:30 hours late, that was fine 2 hours later the bus is running 5:15 late and we called together with my siblings to get either a refund and they said there was a bus coming Into mossel bay and they would check if they have space and called and then we received about 6 calls that we should rush to the stop and when we arrive we are told there was no space. No apology, no explanation just blame shifting. I had to take them to the N2 to hike to Cape Town this company is the pits.
