Poor service.

Poor service! I am uppalled, my wife and I were supposed to leave Port Elizabeth to Mthatha by 06h30 in the morning only to find out that the bus will be delayed by four hours. We called their call center and the agent could not empathize with us instead I had to even ask her not to raise her voice at me as I was asking for a refund. The delay affected our plans in a major way. The bus arrived after four hours, only for us to be changed to another bus in East London. The bus we were changed to is very slow and the drivers are not telling us anything as to why the bus is moving so slow, at some point I thought it was going to stop and stand still. I am never using intercape buses mark my words!
