Poor Service

I had to wait for two full hours for this bus and all we got was "there is nothing we can do". Lalela the bus was from Mozambique to Johannesburg, waited in Nelspruit forever nje, poor service honestly wow!! Intercape keeps failing us, dropping the standard.
