Poor service

Horrible service. Traveling from KZN to Pretoria they put us in a bus with a name we don't know, the bus is wet, it has no toilet and we have to keep making bathroom stops... I paid a lot of money for this nonsense they should not let us book then if they don't have the capacity to handle bookings, this is not it I am never using this overpriced company again. Service is poor
