Poor service

This bus service is ****ty, the bus is always late and drivers are rude and unprofessional. ICG 906 GP was supposed to arrive in Plettenberg Bay at 02h30 but arrived 03h30 after we had called them.

No decency if sending an sms as soon as they realize that they are behind schedule. Drivers do not even apologize to clients but rather tell us that they do not talk when clients are also late and therefore we must also shut up and just get into the bus. This is rude and highly unprofessional!!
