Poor service

<p>I bought a bus ticket for my mothet from Middelburg to Vanderbijlpark with a connecting bus in Johannesburg, the pick up in Middelburg was more than an hour late so that made her late for the connection in Johannesburg and that reaulted in me driving to Johannesburg to pick her up at the bus station. Intercape refuses to refund me for the ticket from Johannesburg to Vanderbijlpark. I think this service is unacceptable!!!</p>
