Poor service

The departure time for my son to go to PE from King Williamstown was 04h35 and we arrived at 04h15 and the bus had gone already.I called them to ask where the bus is @04h30,they telling me that the bus had gone already and we should wait for the bus that is 15km away from King Williamstown and later on they called to say the bus is still in East London and they tried to shift the blame to say I arrived late15 minutes before depurture time and the consultant ended up hanging up on me.They are bletty ***** and not reliable and trustworthy
