Poor service

The intercape service from Johannesburg to Polokwane is a joke, I bought a ticket to Polokwane the bus was supposed to leave joburg by 8am but they decided to change time to 10am and by 12pm I was still in bosman station my day is now wasted possibly will get to Polokwane by 18pm I regret why didn't I stick to greyhound
