Poor Service

On the 19 September I went to Checkers and boked 2 ticket on Intercape Mainliner Bus from Margate to Midrand. I then got a sms to say the Shuttle service for Intercape would take us to Durban. The "bus" was clean, and left on time. When we got to Durban, the bus we got onto was Big Sky.. The bus was clean, but later when I went to the bathroom room, I noticed a pipe was leaking, and later when I and the lady I was travelling with, went to the cloakroom the floor was covered in water, and did not smell pleasant. In the evening it smelt just too terrible for words. There was NO toilet paper or soap!!! The bus eventually stopped in Newcastle approx. 15:40, and only then were we allowed to get off the bus. According to my ticket the bus should have arrived in Midrand at 20:30,wearrived at Johannesburg Park Station after 21:00, we eventually arrived in Midrand 21:40. The drivers still had to go to Pretoria. This is an extremely long day for them. Think what time they would need to get up to get to the bus depot so they could arrive in Margate in time, and not only that, there is No place for them to rest when they are not driving. I am VERY DISSAPOINTED with Intercape, and will Not use them again in a hurry. Their service has gone down so much. Two last thing, no movie was shown, and the bus was leaking in the front by the screen
