poor service

I m on my way to Gauteng from Cape Town the issue is air conditioning, its controlled by driver. As individuals we can do controlling, we have been reporting it,they tried to close it, but along the way they will switch it, an is too cold,considering the money I have paid I have paid, I don't deserved this service, we have selves as we were given a lift,
