Poor service

Hello Peter on the 29/12/2017 i travelled from DBN to JHB in the 08:30 bus. One of the passangers was smoking inside the bus not once but twice we complain to the driver but he ignored us. I emailed the company but still today no response. On the 26/12/2017 i bought my return ticket for the 01/01/2018.

When i arrived at Park station i was 4 min late i saw the bus was still there i went to intercape office to report that i was supporsed to be in a 08:30 bus im a little bit late the lady told me that i must buy another ticket and she helped another customer because i ddnt get a satisfactory answer i then called this number ********** 400 the lady explained that its my fault that im late beacuse its written in the ticket that i must be there at 08:00and i understood i bought another ticket which was supposed to leave at 11.

I stayed at the station waiting for the 11am bus we got seated and time passed by no one knows whats happening then after 20 min a lady informed us that the bus will be delayed because it have a problem with the battery bus will leave at 12:15 passangers can go to the shop while waiting for a bus to be fixed. Luckly about 11:40 the bus was sorted out now the passangers are in the shops and they were told 12:15 so the bus was late with an hour and 15min. We passed the first tollgate and the bus stopped no one informed passangers the drivers get off the bus and came back after 10min he drove after minutes drive he stoped at the onestop garage for fuel or flat tyre all these stops are happening no one is willing to communicate with the passangers and we not comfortable for the fact that the bus had a problem before we left.

Now i was late i paid for another ticket no discount nothing what if i ddnt had anymoney with me and i must be back to Dbn because of work? And the bus was late with the whole damn hour and minutes and its cool for them. I have been using Intercape for everytime i travel because of their quality of service but today its my last day and will tell my frirnds and colleagues not to use it anymore im the one who introduced them to it but now im ****ed off
