Poor service

Im unhappy about the service of the buses we travel in, the bus chair was literally coming off from the hinges and made it uncomfortable to seat for the whole 8 hours drive from Durban to Johannesburg on the 7th of November 2021, bus leaving at 9:30 pm, my question is why are they buses not regularly inspected before we can board to ensure safe and safety of patriots and make it comfortable for the entire trip, i have videos to show how disastrous the chair was, there is not even a person who would asks how the experience was during the trip if there are complaints or comments, this is not how a business should be conducted and customers should always come first
