poor service

I took a bus from umtata to Johannesburg on our way outside kokstad the was some technical issues they had to call a mechanic that came after an hour as if that was not enough the mechanic was nt able to fix the problem we had to sleep in a cold bus waiting for a bus to cone from God knows where,let alone we were in the middle of nowhere,it was dark and Scarry the drivers did all they could but the bus could not go any further,people were cold,coughing and there was a small baby who kept on crying the whole time all I am saying people from intercape have poor service they don't care about their passengers and I doubt any one from the 60 people will ever book this bus even their friends and extended families
