Poor intercape service

Intercape allow customers to purchase bus tickets for minors & when the minors about to board the bus ,they tell customers that minors are not allowed to travel alone and that they will forfeit the tickets & they don’t refund the tickets .Instead of not allowing the customers to purchase the tickets from the first place.Intercape than blame the customer and when u lodge a complain on their website they respond with a automated email response. If you ask for manager their consultant respond by saying manager is not available because they’re forever on leave🤦🏽♀️.I had the worse nightmare with Intercape bus line.The child 6year old child had to be left behind & money wasted just like that.
