Poor Intercape Policies

Intercape is refusing to refund me (a student) and are only giving me 2 options, to either forfeit my ticket or rebook to another date which I should add an amount, on top of that for a lower bus line.I mean I'm a student I don't have money laying around and don't have money to throw away
