Poor Fleet Management

Currently on a bus from Johannesburg to Mosselbay. ICG211GP. Firstly we were told that the bus will be an hour late as they picked up a technical problem and had to get another bus cleaned up for the trip. We ended up waiting two hours. Then the same bus that had the technical problem arrived and we left Johannesburg station. No problems occurred until Welkom. Shortly after we left Welkom the bus experience a breakdown. And we are nowhere near civilization and the drivers are telling us they experiencing problems with the battery. One of the drivers got onto another bus on the way Bloemfontein. We don't know what's going on as no one tells us anything. My questions is. 1. Are we gonna be compensated for being so late for events that we needed to attend in the morning as we are more than 3 hours late. 2. Intercape is risking people's life's by driving with these buses knowing it has problems. I would appreciate an answer. Definitely lodging a formal complaint
