POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- MONEY TAKEN NO TICKET AND NO REFUND

What a ****, i tried buying a ticket online, money was taken but never got my ticket, customer service keeps on telling me to email. i have emailed over 10 times no response. before you use this service think twice. I AM NEVER USING THIS BUS LINE AGAIN.
