Poor customer service

Im in a bus from East London to Johannesburg (8111). We stopped at Queenstown from King Williams Town, we are told to take a break, we'been here over an hour, the driver didn't inform us why we have stopped for so long. Then another bus arrives offloads its passengers to our bus. Then we are about to leave, another driver said another 15 minute break, for what? After we've been here almost 2 hours.
